Shipping policy

Free shipping

Standard US shipping is $4.95 on orders under $50 and free on orders of $50 or more. We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time

Personalized items are prepared and dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery within the United States takes 7–15 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually about three to four weeks. If you are ordering for a particular date, please count backwards and allow a few days of margin.

If we are running late

If we cannot dispatch your order within the time stated above, we will email you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within 7 working days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
