How is the store organized?

Four product types carry the catalog: necklaces, bracelets, rings and a small, growing set of earrings. Across those types run the personalization families — name and initial pieces, engraved text, photo designs and birthstone colors — and the gift edits sort the same pieces by person and occasion, from gifts for mom to gifts under $30.

What is everything actually made of?

Stainless steel, titanium steel and copper bases with plated finishes in silver, gold, black and rose gold tones. None of it is solid precious metal, and no product page will ever imply otherwise — the exact material of every design is stated where you order it. Stones, where they appear, are cut crystal and cubic zirconia in birth month colors, not mined gems.

How does made-to-order actually work?

You choose the design, enter the personalization — the order form asks you to confirm spelling, because what you type is what we engrave — and the piece is produced for your order. Personalized items are prepared and dispatched within 5–7 working days. Estimated US delivery 7–15 business days after processing.
