Which personalized necklace styles can I choose from?

The collection runs from name necklaces cut in script and block lettering to engraved bar and tag necklaces that carry your own words, dates or initials. If a picture says it better, our photo jewelry holds an engraved portrait or a hidden image inside the pendant, and birthstone designs add a colored stone for the birth month you choose.

What are these necklaces made of?

Most pieces are stainless steel or titanium steel with a plated finish in silver, gold or rose gold tones — durable metals made for everyday wear, honestly described. They are not solid precious metal, and every product page states exactly what that design is made of, so you always know what you are buying.

How do I choose the right chain length?

As a rule of thumb, a 40 cm chain sits close at the collarbone, 45 cm is the everyday length most people wear, and 50 cm falls a little lower over a sweater or shirt. Each product page lists the exact chain length for that design, and where a design includes an extender chain, that is listed there too.

How long does a made-to-order necklace take?

Personalized items are prepared and dispatched within 5–7 working days. Estimated US delivery 7–15 business days after processing. Engraving details and character limits are shown on each product page, and if you are choosing a gift, the gifts for her edit is a good place to start.
